Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center (ADRC) provides a vital connection to Long Island residents and healthcare professionals. Whether it's Alzheimer's or another form of dementia, ADRC addresses the needs of diagnosed individuals, their families, personal care partners, and professional caregivers.
We are known for specialized Art and Music programs, caregiver/facilitator training, outstanding caregiver support (individually and in groups), and community outreach. There is no cost to our families for programs and services. It is our mission to enhance quality of life through meaningful partnership throughout the journey. We are always "Keeping Help and Hope in Mind."
